El logotipo de Flu Project es una imagen registrada en la Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas por Juan Antonio Calles y Pablo González (BOPI 13/03/2012). Queda terminantemente prohibido copiar, reproducir o distribuir por cualquier medio ya sea electrónico, mecánico, impreso, fotocopiado, grabado o en cualquier otro soporte o formato, de forma total o parcial dicho logotipo, independientemente del propósito o intención que motive dicho acto, sin el previo aviso por escrito de los dos autores, que se reservan todos los derechos para entablar las acciones legales que estimasen oportunas en caso del uso indebido de dicho contenido.
